I am Quitting Jordan Farmar
All the way back in September, I wrote an article saying the Kings should sign Jordan Farmar. Just a few days later, the Kings made it a reality. I was excited because I thought Farmar was the best fit available fit to fill the backup point guard role while Darren Collison served his suspension.

I praised Farmar in more than one article during the offseason and training camp. Then, Coach Joerger decided to play Garrett Temple as the backup point and I had egg on my face.
Following that, Farmar did not even make the opening night roster. Needless to say, the call looked worse, but I admitted I was wrong.
Fast forward to this week and Jordan Farmar is re-signed by the Kings. The sucker I am, I took the cheese and thought Coach Joerger was going to play him the reserve point guard minutes again. I predicted Farmar to play 12 minutes against Orlando in my Box Score Breakdown and talked about in the game preview.
I was wrong again. The Kings and Coach Joerger fooled me twice, but no more will I take this bait. Jordan Farmar should be cut before Darren Collison returns on Tuesday. Barring a blowout game or something unforeseen, he will probably not even see the court. I still think Farmar is a serviceable backup point guard, but the Kings value Lawson and Temple more.
I apologize for leading you down the wrong the path. My goal is to do better from here on out. Thank you for reading.
