What to Watch for Tonight

Skal Labissiere: Mission to Make Phoenix Regret

More from A Royal Pain

Skal Labissiere was selected with 28th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, but most people forget it was the Phoenix Suns who selected him.  It was the draft night trade where Phoenix moved up to pick 8 that sent Skal to Sacramento.

Labissiere has only seen the court in one game against the Suns this season and in that game, he went off.  I mentioned the 32 point outburst earlier in the piece, but I think it is worth mentioning that Skal could be a bad matchup for Phoenix.  They lack a stretch four with defensive capabilities to guard him and I expect another big performance from Skal Labissiere tonight.

Who Will Rest?

The Sacramento Kings face a back-to-back on Tuesday and Wednesday, so the rest game should be in full force on both days.  I think Sacramento rest all four players that are listed as doubtful in the injury section.  Koufos will not play in either of the two remaining games, but Lawson, Tolliver, and Temple could return in the season finale.

Be on the lookout for the status of Tyreke Evans.  He will rest in one of the two games, but I think Sacramento would play him at home and rest him on the road.  Do not be surprised if he sits tonight, though.
