The Sacramento Kings are looking to get back to relevancy next season, and with that, roster changes possibly could be the solution to it.
Since the Kings have been owned by Vivek Ranadive, the Kings have revamped their rosters to a high level.
In the 2013-2014 season, the Kings made a bevy of moves in the offseason and throughout the regular season. Some of these moves included signing Carl Landry during free agency and in the regular season trading Greivis Vasquez, Patrick Patterson, and John Salmons to the Toronto Raptors in exchange for Quincy Acy, Aaron Gray, and Rudy Gay.

The Kings continued to revamp their organization going into the 2014-2015 season as well. Some of these moves included letting point guard Isaiah Thomas walk and sign with the Phoenix Suns, replacing Thomas by signing Darren Collison, and having a total of three head coaches running the team by the season’s end.
And finally, we have the most recent and disappointing season with the purple and white, as they overhauled their roster to the highest point. Transactions that happened during this time were the new signings of players like James Anderson, Marco Belinelli, Kosta Koufos, Seth Curry, Caron Butler, and Rajon Rondo during free agency.

In the first three seasons of the Ranadive era, the Kings have made dramatic changes from head to toe. This offseason already Vlade Divac and the crew have made a big decision to hire Dave Joerger as their new head coach going forward. But the question now is should they continue with the personnel moves? Particularly with the roster?
Kings fans, we want to hear from you. Do you think that it is beneficial for the Kings to overhaul their roster again, keep the changes moderate, or keeping them to a minimum? We want to hear from you.

Rafe’s Thoughts
I think the Kings should keep the roster changes to a minimum. A couple of adjustments here and there would be fine, but I do not want the Kings to again revamp their roster with fresh new faces.
I’m a fan of keeping the roster the way it is for now and see how the guys perform this season under Joerger. Once the season concludes, hopefully with Sacramento in the postseason, then that can be an appropriate time to evaluate the roster to see who fits or not with the team.
