The Sacramento Kings fired George Karl six days ago and are now in pursuit to finding their 9th head coach in the last 10 years.
According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, the Kings have scheduled to interview three people for the now unfilled coaching job.
These three people are Vinny Del Negro (former King), Sam Mitchell, and Mark Jackson (per ESPN Basketball).

There is also another source that states that Los Angeles Clippers assistant coach Mike Woodson will also be interviewing for the job as well (per Sports Illustrated).
All four of these candidates have had playoff experiences as head coaches and all coaching have been players in the NBA as well.
It is also important to know that just because these 4 men are the first to interview with the Kings doesn’t mean that Sacramento is guaranteed to hire one of them.

The Sacramento Kings are looking to get back to the playoffs as soon as possible, and hiring the right head coach is essential for their aspirations to come true.
So out of these four candidates, which coach do you Kings fans think is the right choice for the organization to hire?
Does Sacramento go with Vinny Del Negro who led the Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Clippers to 4 playoff appearances total, Sam Mitchell who led the Toronto Raptors to two playoff berths, Mark Jackson who coached the Golden State Warriors to two playoff appearances, or Mike Woodson who led the Atlanta Hawks and New York Knicks to five total playoff berths.
