The Sacramento Kings are moving into their new home the Golden 1 Center next Fall, and one particular Kings player has gotten into the spirit of starting new things as well.
Quincy Acy, also known around the Sacramento area as “The Beard” (sorry James Harden), has shaved off his beard just two days after the Kings concluded their season. (Instagram post here)
Since his tenure with the Kings, Acy has been nothing but a pleasure for the fans of Sacramento to watch. His level of energy, tenaciousness, and facial hair were all reasons why he has been a fan favorite for the Kings.
The beard is off for the Summer, that’s for sure, but who’s knows if he is going to keep this new look going into next season.

Whether he decides to grow it back or not, hopefully, his game doesn’t change and the Kings can continue to rely on the former Baylor Bear to show 100% hustle when he is on the court hopefully with the Kings going forward.
Honestly, it’s a pretty good look for Acy. Have a great summer Quincy, as well as the other players on the Sacramento Kings!
