Game 79 Notes: Sacramento Kings Get Brushed By Minnesota Timberwolves
By Rafe Wong
There was no “Arco Magic” or “Sleep Train Tooth Fairy” to help the Sacramento Kings last night as they fell to the Minnesota Timberwolves 105-97. The Timberwolves sweep the season series against the Kings 4-0.
With the Kings going into the game without DeMarcus Cousins, Rajon Rondo, Marco Belinelli, and Omri Casspi it meant other players on the active roster needed to step up. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Although the T-Wolves lead was threatened often throughout the game the Kings just could not break the barrier.
