The Sacramento Kings ended their four game win streak on Wednesday by falling to the Denver Nuggets 116-110. But they can't spend too much time dwelling on that loss, as a new challenge awaits them.

On Friday, De'Aaron Fox will make his return to Sacramento for the first time since he was traded to the San Antonio Spurs last month. Fox already set the stage for the encounter by revealing why it was that he requested a trade from the team in the first place.

With such a big night incoming, who will the Kings have available to them? What about the Spurs? Here is the full injury report ahead of this game.

Sacramento Kings Injury Report

Fortunately, injuries have played a relatively minor role in the Kings' season. However, tonight may be a different story, as two of their best players are listed on the report.

Domantas Sabonis is listed on the injury report as "out" after leaving Saturday's game against the Houston Rockets early after straining his hamstring. Sabonis did not return, and an MRI revealed after the fact that Sabonis suffered a grade 1 strain. At the time of the announcement, the team said he would miss at least a week. So, he will be missing for at least a couple more games.

The other big name on the injury report is Malik Monk. Monk went to the locker room in the middle of the Kings' Monday win against the Dallas Mavericks, but he eventually returned to action. Unfortunately, Monk did not play in Wednesday's game, and yesterday, he was ruled out for tonight's contest. So, the Kings will be without two of their starters.

San Antonio Spurs Injury Report

For the Spurs, they are only missing one starter, but it is arguably the biggest missing link of any team in the NBA right now. The Spurs will not have Victor Wembanyama tonight, nor will they have him for the rest of the season. Wembanyama was shut down for the season last month after a blood clot was discovered in his right shoulder.

Outside of Wembanyama, the only other consistent rotation player missing is Charles Bassey (bone bruise). Other than those two, the Spurs are only missing guys due to their two-way obligations. Those players are Harrison Ingram, David Duke Jr., and Riley Minix.

After this game, the Kings do some in-state traveling to play the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday, March 9.
