The Sacramento Kings must give up valuable assets to get the star guard.

This is not a desired trade for the Sacramento Kings, but we think this is what it would take to get the deal done.

The Washington Wizards would receive a young, talented backcourt duo in Davion Mitchell and Kevin Huerter, adding to their desired young core. They also receive some needed big man depth in Richaun Holmes, the most likely player in Sacramento to be traded. The future first-round pick would be necessary to get the deal done and prevents the Kings from giving up their first-round selection this year.

The Sacramento Kings receive the 29-year-old guard, regarded by some as the best shooting guard in the league, just a few years ago. A lineup consisting of De’Aaron Fox, Bradley Beal, Keegan Murray, and Domantas Sabonis provides unlimited firepower on offense and immediately makes the Kings the scariest offensive team in the NBA.

Bradley Beal takes the Sacramento Kings to the next level, but at what cost?

Outside of having the worst contract in the NBA, the Sacramento Kings might have to give up too much to get him. The three-time All-Star has been a member of the Wizards for his whole ten-year career, so it might take a little extra to get him off their hands. But recent reports from Brian Windhorst (via Bleacher/Report) suggest otherwise:

"“If Bradley Beal gets traded between now and next Thursday, I think people are going to be very surprised at the price and potentially how low it’s going to be because his contract is not attractive.”"

Will Bradley Beal be a King? We do not think the cost is worth it, but we are fans of Bradley Beal and his offensive capabilities. We would love to see Bradley Beal in Sacramento, but is his contract worth taking on?
