Sacramento Kings, NBA To Begin Joint Investigation

The Sacramento Kings and the National Basketball Association are starting to begin the next stage of the Luke Walton lawsuit.

For the last couple of days, it has been a frenzy for the Sacramento Kings and their fans. Once the regular season ended, the Kings fired their former head coach in Dave Joerger. Fast forward a couple of days later and the Kings found their guy in Luke Walton who at the time was let go by the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Kings thought they had their head coach of the future in place, but a recent lawsuit filed against Walton accusing him of sexual harassment might change that notion and potentially have the Kings returning back to square one.

Now that the fire has been tamed since the news came out, it is now time for the Kings to start the next stage of this process. As of today, the Kings and the NBA will start a joint investigation into the situation.

Final Thoughts

Now that an investigation is in the works, it is just a waiting game for now. It is unknown what the future holds in terms of the head coaching position for the Sacramento Kings, but I guess it is fitting for this team. They can never make things simple and easy.
