Sacramento Kings: Game Against Dallas Mavericks Is Must-Watch Television

When looking through the schedule for the Sacramento Kings’ 2018-2019 campaign, there were a few games that caught my eye. One of the games being the purple and white facing off against the Dallas Mavericks on December 16th.

Why This Game?

I think Kings fans know the reason why this matchup should be must-watch television for them. This previous summer, the Kings shocked the world when they selected Marvin Bagley III in the draft over Luka Doncic, a player who many in the Kings community thought would be a better fit with the team. Doncic then, later on, was selected by the Dallas Mavericks which leads us to this article.

I could make up multiple reasons why this game will be entertaining. But really there is just one headline that matters. This game will be the first time the Kings face off against Luka Doncic.

Why Be Excited?

Expect this game to be a fun one for any basketball fan to watch. Both teams contain flashy guards and athletic bigs so there will be plenty of highlights to look out for. And oh yeah, there will also be the matchup between Marvin Bagley III and Doncic on the side.

Although it will be interesting to see how Doncic plays against Sacramento after the purple and white passed on him in the draft, it will also be intriguing to see how Bagley plays as well.

When Sacramento selected Bagley with the second overall pick, many in the Kings community were not too happy about the move. So let us see if Bagley has a chip on his shoulder and tries to put up a dominant performance in this game.

I think the Kings and their fans would enjoy Bagley putting up huge numbers in this match. Can the season just start already?!
