In a recent video showing Sacramento Kings’ guard De’Aaron Fox training for the regular season, it should be a lesson to everyone that you should not play him in a game of one-on-one.

Throughout the entire NBA offseason, players from the Sacramento Kings have been showcasing their workouts via social media. One of the players who has been training hard is De’Aaron Fox as he is again in the gym improving his craft. But also, showing the world his improvements.

Fox’s Training Video

Thanks to Corey Porter, videographer, he posted a video on his Twitter account showcasing Fox getting ready for his sophomore season. In the clip, it mainly shows Fox playing opponents in a game of one-on-one, and as a result, Fox was victorious every time.

My Thoughts

Overall, it is great to see Fox in the gym in the attempt to become a better player for his 2018-2019 campaign. In his rookie season, I thought Fox was just decent. Although the Kentucky speedster showed the occasional flash of his true potential, he needed to improve more on his shooting and ability to run a half-court offense.

As seen in the video, Fox’s shooting looks to be better, but we will see whether that is the case once the season begins. But with that being said, at least he is making the effort to become a better asset for the Kings.

For the Kings and their fans, they hope that Fox can be the guy that can help lead their team back to relevancy. The potential is definitely there for De’Aaron, now it is about putting it all together.
