Check out how Sacramento Kings’ point guard, De’Aaron Fox, is getting prepared for his upcoming sophomore season with the purple and white.

Sometimes when rookies in the NBA move onto their second season, the infamous “Sophomore Slump” occurs for them. Although it is understandable that young players go through this obstacle in their careers, De’Aaron Fox looks to be on a mission to eliminate it from his existence.

Recently, Fox was featured in a video posted by Chris Gaston, someone who is currently training Fox, which showcased what the 6’3” guard has been up to since the regular season concluded. The clip shows Fox exercising in the gym to stay in shape and practicing basketball drills on the court to improve his skills. To see the entire video of Fox’s workout, it will be listed down below.

It was expected that Fox would be working hard this summer in order to have a strong second season with the Kings, but the cinematic clip showing him in action should have Sacramento fans pumped for what the future could potentially hold.

In his rookie year, Fox showed flashes of what he could potentially be with the Kings in the future. Due to his dynamic speed and quickness, he has a great chance of becoming a two-way threat at the point guard spot which will help the Kings immensely in their rebuild going forward.

Good luck in your training this summer, De’Aaron. And hopefully, you are able to display your progress to the Kings community in your second season!
