Buddy Hield is currently in his home country enjoying the offseason. While on the trip, he took time to be on the basketball court where he faced a kid one-on-one.

A while back, A Royal Pain featured an article which showcased what Buddy Hield was doing during his time off. In that piece, it shows Buddy hanging with fellow teammate Bogdan Bogdanovic where they enjoyed the music festival Coachella and traveled to Serbia, Bogdan’s home country.

This time around, Buddy went back to his home country which is the Bahamas. During his time there, he hosted a basketball camp where the local kids came to play basketball and learn the fundamentals of the game. But that was not the only thing they learned.

Buddy Has No Mercy

Thanks to the Kings’ digital team, they were able to post a video on their Twitter account of Buddy playing against one of the kids in his camp one-on-one. As predictable, Buddy used his size and skill to cross over his opponent and score with ease. To view the video, scroll down below.

Final Thoughts

Overall, it is good to see that Buddy is hosting a basketball camp for the kids in his home country. It is also nice to see that Buddy has no mercy when it comes to playing basketball against his opponents, even if it is against a kid.

This upcoming season should be exciting for the Sacramento Kings, especially for Hield considering he was one of the best players on the squad last year. If he is able to continue to make leaps of improvement in his game, he will definitely be part of the main core that Sacramento is trying to build.
