The Sacramento Kings continue to put the time in the gym and getting stronger for the upcoming 2017-2018 NBA season.

While the NBA offseason is time for players to rest and recover from the previous regular season and playoffs, a couple of guys on the Sacramento Kings are still in work mode and getting ready for the upcoming campaign.

Throughout the summer, Ramsey Nijem, Head Performance and Strength Coach for the Kings, has been posting video clips of a few of the Kings’ youngsters doing fitness training at the team’s facility.

To see more details of what the guys in purple and white have been doing throughout the summer, listed down below are a few clips that Nijem has been posting on his Twitter account.

Final Thoughts

As one can see, the young guys that Nijem was showing in his videos listed above are Buddy Hield, Harry Giles, and Nigel Hayes. Even Garrett Temple has invested his time at the Kings’ facility to get stronger as well.

Although the videos only showed four players on the team, guys have been going in and out of the facility throughout the offseason.

Overall, it is nice to see that guys on the Kings have been committing their offseasons in Sacramento to working out and getting better. For Sacramento’s rebuild to become successful, everybody on the team needs to show improvement going into next season, and at least the players are showing the motivation to do so.
