The NBA G League Playoffs are here. With the regular season wrapped up, 12 teams will compete for the championship.

The playoff format is rather different from what we are used to seeing in the NBA. In each conference, the top two teams receive a bye, immediately moving on to the second round. The other teams compete in single-elimination games to determine who will move on and face the top teams.

After that, more single-elimination games will determine one team from each conference to go to the finals and compete in a best-of-three series.

When will the NBA G League Playoffs take place?

The first round will take place on April 2, and after that, things move quickly. The rest of the conference place will be over by April 7. On April 9, the finals will start, and the second game will be on April 12. If a third game is necessary, it will take place on April 15.

The Stockton Kings have been one of the best G League teams all season long

Led by first-year Coach Lindsey Harding, the Stockton Kings played a great regular season, finishing with the best overall record in the league. As the top seed in the West, they will immediately move on to the second round of the playoffs and have a solid chance of winning the championship.

Sacramento Kings fans will recognize Jalen Slawson, Jordan Ford, Mason Jones, and Colby Jones, who have all been putting up big numbers in Stockton while spending some time in Sacramento as well.

Stanley Johnson, Deonte Burton, and Jaylen Nowell have all been huge for the Stockton Kings.
