The Sacramento Kings and Philadelphia 76ers are both battling in the play-in tournament conversation in their respective conferences, but how should we bet on this meeting tonight?

I’m staying away from a side, as the Kings are nearly 10-point favorites, but they are just 11-19 against the spread as home favorites this season.

Instead, there are a couple props for the Kings that I love in this matchup, and I have a Sixers player to target as well – if Kings fans are willing to bet it.

Let’s dive into the plays for this matchup:

Sixers vs. Kings best NBA prop bets

  • Domantas Sabonis OVER 7.5 assists
  • Malik Monk OVER 16.5 points
  • Kelly Oubre Jr. OVER 17.5 points

Domantas Sabonis OVER 7.5 assists

This is a low line for Domantas Sabonis’ assists, especially since he’s led the NBA in triple-doubles this season.

The Kings’ big man is averaging 8.3 assists per game on the season, clearing 7.5 dimes in 11 of his 16 games since the All-Star break.

The 76ers do rank 10th in the league in opponent assists per game, but Sabonis is heavily involved in the playmaking on offense, averaging 13.0 potential assists per game this season. I love him to go OVER this prop tonight.

Malik Monk OVER 16.5 points

Malik Monk is coming off a nightmare game – shooting 0-for-11 from the field in the team’s win over the Orlando Magic.

Tonight, he can bounce back against a Philly team that allows nearly 22 points per game to the shooting guard position. Plus, Monk has been hot since the All-Star break, even if you include his awful outing in Orlando.

Since the break, Monk is averaging 17.8 points per game, clearing 16.5 points in 10 of his 16 games. He’s also shooting 15.2 shots per game over that stretch, a great floor for him to clear this prop.

Buy low on the Sixth Man of the Year favorite tonight.

Kelly Oubre Jr. OVER 17.5 points

I’m surprised to see this number as low as it is for Kelly Oubre Jr., as the Kings are one of the worst defensive teams in the NBA at home (23rd in defensive rating at home).

Oubre is averaging 19.6 points per game this month, clearing this number in 10 of his 12 games.

Like Monk, Oubre’s usage is also high, as he’s attempted 17.3 shots per game over this 12-game stretch. I have to take him to clear this total if his usage stays there.
