The Sacramento Kings are looking to hold on to the No. 6 seed in the Western Conference when they take on the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night at Golden 1 Center.

The Kings have been awful as home favorites, going 11-18 against the spread, so bettors may want to shift their focus to the prop market when betting on the team tonight, especially with Desmond Bane back for Memphis.

I have a prop for Bane to take in this game, but there are two Kings stars to target as well.

Let’s dive into the picks for this Western Conference battle:

Grizzlies vs. Kings best NBA prop bets

  • Domantas Sabonis to record a triple-double
  • Desmond Bane OVER 22.5 points
  • De’Aaron Fox OVER 10.5 rebounds and assists

Domantas Sabonis to record a triple-double

In two games against the Grizzlies this season, Domantas Sabonis has one triple-double, but he also turned in a 20-point, 26-rebound double-double in the last meeting between these teams.

Sabonis leads the NBA in triple doubles this season, and he’s coming off a down game against a tough New York Knicks defense that held him to just two assists.

I think that gives us a chance to buy low on the Kings big man at +215 odds. Sabonis is averaging 20.1 points, 13.6 rebounds and 8.3 assists per game, so we know he’ll be around this number regardless.

Since he already has a triple-double against the Grizzlies this season, don’t be shocked if Sabonis gets one again tonight.

Desmond Bane OVER 22.5 points

I am going to take advantage of this lower line for Bane since it’s only his second game back in the lineup for the Grizzlies.

Bane is averaging 24.4 points per game on the season, and now he gets a crack at a Kings team that is in the bottom five in the league in defensive rating at home.

The Grizzlies guard shot just 7-for-17 from the field in his return from the injured list, but he put up 22 points against the Oklahoma City Thunder. If Bane continues to see the same usage, I wouldn’t be shocked if he clears 22.5 points tonight.

De’Aaron Fox OVER 10.5 rebounds and assists

I love this prop for De’Aaron Fox, who has cleared 10.5 rebounds and assists in three straight games.

Dating back to Feb. 13 (a little over a month), Fox is averaging 6.0 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game, clearing this prop in nine of his last 12 games.

The Kings guard is averaging 6.5 assists per game on 11.0 potential assists over his last 13 contests, and he could end up pushing this number on dimes alone after tallying nine in his last game.

Fox did fall short of this prop in both of his games against the Grizz this season, but one of them was a 31-point blowout. I could see this game being much closer now that Bane is healthy, so I like the OVER for Fox here.
