After being off for over a week, the Sacramento Kings are back in action. At 28-27, the ninth-place team in the Western Conference has a lot of work to do if they want to get out of the play-in tournament and solidify their place in the playoffs with a top six seed.
The tests will start right away for the Kings, as their first game back will be against the Golden State Warriors – a division rival that is literally in the exact same spot as them (also 28-27).
But who will the Kings have available to them in this game? What about the Warriors? Here is the full injury report ahead of this division clash.
Sacramento Kings Injury Report
After a rocky start to the season in this category, the Sacramento Kings have been a pretty healthy team this season. Their first game will be no different, as the Kings currently have no one listed on the injury report. Not even two-way players who have been oscillating between the G-League and the NBA.
Now, this is always subject to change, but as of right now, the Kings appear to be at full strength. This also means that all the newcomers (Zach LaVine, Jonas Valanciunas, and Jake LaRavia) will be available.
Golden State Warriors Injury Report
For the Warriors, they are also relatively healthy coming out of the break. Yuri Collins is listed on the injury report, but that is only because of his G-League assignment.
The big name to talk about for the Warriors is Jonathan Kuminga. Kuminga has been highly coveted by the Warriors' front office for his athleticism and ability to attack the rim. Unfortunately, the fourth-year forward has missed the last 21 games with a right ankle sprain.
Kuminga resumed practice with the team for the first time since the injury, but he will still be out for tonight's game. Between the two teams, he will be the only rotational player missing in this contest.
After tonight's game against the Golden State Warriors, the Kings will remain at home until Monday, February 24 to host the Charlotte Hornets.
