With eight games left in their season, the Sacramento Kings are sitting at the tenth seed – a half game behind the Dallas Mavericks for the ninth seed and 1.5 games ahead of the Phoenix Suns for eleventh. It is safe to say the Kings desperately need wins, especially after surrendering nine of their last 12 games.

Their next opponent is the Indiana Pacers – a team they have been tied to since they traded Tyrese Haliburton for Domantas Sabonis. These meetings are always interesting because it feels like the two teams are battling for bragging rights on who won the deal.

But who will the Kings have available to them tonight? What about the Pacers? Here is the full injury report ahead of this game.

Sacramento Kings Injury Report

Outside of a few brief rough patches, the Kings have been a pretty healthy team for most of the season. On the year, they have the third-fewest dollars lost from player injuries of any team in the NBA (per Spotrac). Lately, though, their luck hasn't been so great, as the team has been regularly had two or three rotation-level players listed on their injury report.

In this game, the Kings will also be down two rotation players. Fortunately, neither one of them are starters. Devin Carter (shoulder) and Jake LaRavia (thumb) are both listed as "out" for this game.

Carter left the Kings' loss against the Orlando Magic 30 seconds into his stint in the game. This shoulder injury is not the same one he had offseason shoulder surgery on (he had surgery on his left shoulder, and this injury is to his right).

On Friday, it was reported that LaRavia would be re-evaluated in seven to ten days. So, we probably won't see him for the rest of this week.

Indiana Pacers Injury Report

As for the Pacers, the main player missing in their rotation for this game is Bennedict Mathurin, who will be "out" with a left calf injury. Isaiah Jackson will also continue to be on the sideline after suffering a season-ending Achilles injury in November.

The rest of their report includes two-way players. Quenton Jackson is listed as "probable," and RayJ Dennis and Enrique Freeman are "doubtful" because of their G-League obligations.

After this game, the Kings continue their road trip by traveling to D.C. to play the Washington Wizards on Wednesday, April 2.
