After surrendering games to the Denver Nuggets and New York Knicks, the Sacramento Kings travel to Brooklyn to face off against the Brooklyn Nets.

At a glance, this seems like an easy win for the 23-22 Kings, as the Nets are a lowly 14-32 and 12th in the inferior Eastern Conference. On top of that, the Nets have only won two of their last 16 games.

But as the old sport's cliche goes, "There is a reason why they play the games." So, who will the Kings have available for this contest? What about the Nets? Here is the full injury report.

Sacramento Kings Injury Report

After an unlucky start to the season, the Kings have, for the most part, managed to stay healthy since then. In tonight's game, that streak continues, as the Kings have no one listed on their injury report.

The one player that folks may have thought they'd see on the injury report is their star guard, De'Aaron Fox. Fox was dealing with some thumb issues ahead of the team's Saturday game against the Knicks. However, he played through that game (clocking in a hair over 34 minutes) and is not on the injury report heading into this game against the Nets.

It is worth monitoring how well Fox plays in this game, though. Fox started off the year playing some of the best basketball of his career, but he has not been the same since he missed three games with a glute injury at the beginning of January.

Brooklyn Nets Injury Report

Unlike the Kings, the Nets will not have all their guys available when these two teams square off. In fact, the Nets have six guys on their injury report that carry the designation of "out." Those six guys are Bojan Bogdanovic (foot), Cameron Johnson (ankle), Maxwell Lewis (tibia), De’Anthony Melton (knee), Cam Thomas (hamstring), and Trendon Watford (hamstring).

The only player on the injury report who isn't already ruled out of this game is Ben Simmons, who is listed as questionable with a back injury. As a general rule, when a player is listed as questionable, it means that they have roughly a 50/50 chance of playing in the game.

After this game, the Kings will continue their road trip, as they travel to the Wells Fargo Center to play the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday, January 29.
