The Kings need to find more perimeter scorers

Lastly, the Kings need perimeter scoring. Yes, I know that I just mentioned two ways the team could completely ruin that idea by trading their two best in that department but moving them for young players who can shoot is worth it in the end.

Cam Reddish has been rumored to be available for a reasonable price by the Hawks and he’s the perfect piece for Kings to build around. Reddish is shooting 39.2 percent from deep on the season and has flashed excellence over the past few weeks. Having a player like him on the perimeter is exactly what Sacramento needs to build around the young guards.

Andrew Wiggins is another player that would be worth looking into. At 26, Wiggins has done an excellent job of revitalizing his career and the Warriors could look at moving him in a package for another star. This might be a little more unrealistic given Golden State’s success this season but it is worth a shot.

There will be some interesting names that become available in the near future. The Kings have the pieces to really get the trade market moving and that should be their plan for 2022. Sacramento can really shift the direction of the future with some moves in the next two months.
