Gabe Vincent For G-League All-Star Game

Our last potential All-Star Weekend participant is technically not a Sacramento King.

He is a Stockton King, however. Gabe Vincent is the leading scorer for Sacramento’s G League affiliate, one of three players averaging 20+ on the team. Vincent’s 23.4 points also make him the sixth-leading scorer in the entire league.

He is one of the most prolific three-point shooters in the G League, and is currently leading all players in both makes and attempts. He shoots from beyond the arc more than ten times per game and makes nearly 42% of them. He averages a very low number of turnovers given his position and ball-handling duties.

Vincent is one of the most improved players in the G League as well, his scoring numbers and percentages up across the board. Interestingly, he has only started three games this season.

One could also make a case for Kyle Guy to make the All-Star Game, who started off the season on fire but has cooled off since. He scores 21 points per game but takes nearly 19 shots to do so.

Vincent is a hometown boy, having been born in Modesto and attending St. Mary’s High School in Stockton. He played collegiately for UC Santa Barbara and was named second-team All-Big West in 2018.
