Kings vs. Thunder: Predictions, Injuries, & Betting Info
After a wild road trip, the Sacramento Kings will return home this evening and take on Chris Paul and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Sacramento Kings won two of the four games on their recent road trip, though it wasn’t the two that you might think. After losses to the Trail Blazers and Spurs, the Kings pulled upsets in their final two games against the Rockets and Mavericks, which has shot yet another round of hope into the veins of Sacramento fans.
They find themselves just a game out of the eighth and final playoff spot, and could be tied for the 7th seed by tonight pending the results of multiple games. Sacramento has a soft spot coming up in their schedule where they might be able to make up some ground, and it starts with tonight’s contest against the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder.
Marvin Bagley, who has missed the last 22 games with a fractured thumb, will likely make his home debut tonight. He is one of two franchise cornerstone players that have missed extended time this season, and his presence will be a breath of fresh air for the Kings and their fans.

Players To Watch:
You’ve probably seen the clip by now of Chris Paul snitching on Jordan Bell for having his jersey untucked in Friday’s game between the Thunder and the TImberwolves. The tattle resulted in a technical free throw for OKC with less than two seconds on the clock, which eventually sent the game into overtime where the Thunder came away victorious.
One of the league’s most notorious jersey-untuckers is Buddy Hield. Richaun Holmes often plays with a loose jersey. Should the game come down to the wire, watch for Paul and his binoculars.
And Bagley. Watch Bagley too.
Prediction:
The Kings will keep the momentum rolling, something they failed to do in their last home game against the Chicago Bulls.
Kings 109, Thunder 100
