Bogdan Bogdanovic will not be available for the Sacramento Kings when they face off against the Portland Trail Blazers.

With the Sacramento Kings facing off against the Portland Trail Blazers in a couple of hours, they will be without the services of Bogdan Bogdanovic due to a knee injury. Before today, the report on Bogdanovic was that he was questionable for the game, but was just ruled “OUT” recently.

Throughout the season, Bogi has been one of the Kings’ best playmakers. He is coming off a good November specifically as he averaged around 17 points, five assists, and three rebounds per game while shooting around 45% from the floor, 42% from the perimeter, and 75% from the free-throw line.

What Now For Sacramento?

The absence of Bogi is a big blow for the Kings. With the purple and white already without De’Aaron Fox and Marvin Bagley III, having Bogi out limits the team in reliable scoring options. Guys like Buddy Hield and Harrison Barnes will get plenty of touches tonight, but everyone on the roster will also need to step up their game on offense.

For the Kings to earn the win tonight, they will pretty much need to play a perfect game on both ends of the court. On offense, they need to move the ball effectively and make sure to hit their open jumpers. Defensively, the team needs to be active and discipline on the court as the Blazers can torch them with Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum.

Inconsistency Remains An Issue For The Kings. dark. Next
