The Team Does Not Suck

Yes, even though the Sacramento Kings are not currently a top-eight team in the West, they are not in the basement of the NBA either. For the last ten-plus years, the purple and white have been the joke of the NBA as they have constantly been a losing franchise which currently holds the longest playoff drought in the league.

After coming off a promising 2018-19 campaign, it seemed like the Kings were on the rise to finally becoming relevant again. But when they started this season 0-5, panic flooded the fanbase as they thought their team was back to their losing ways.

Fortunately, the Kings have bounced back from their nightmarish start. Not only have they had a winning record in November, but they have been doing it without two of their best offensive players in Marvin Bagley and De’Aaron Fox. The team is starting to find its niche offensively and is being more active on the defensive side of the ball due to the depth they have on their roster.

Yes, the Kings are ultimately not where they want to be, but at least they will not suck this season. This team is now back to being a team on the come up and a tough beat for any opponent.
