Cory Joseph

Through the first 10 games of the season, Cory Joseph has played up to the expectations given when he signed in the offseason. Joseph has been a pest as a defender and has been decent for the Kings with handling the ball and initiating the offense.

Although Joseph has been playing close to expectations in the first 10 games, he has struggled to shoot from the three-point line as he is only making around 29% of his shots. Joseph can also be better at moving ht ball around as he tends to overdribble the ball at times.

With all this in mind, Joseph also will be one of the guards that need to step up with De’Aaron Fox currently out. He will be “promoted” to the starting lineup, and I expect him to become more of a willing passer and better shooter from three as the season goes on.

Joseph has been a solid contributor for the Kings, but he can get better. For the season, he is averaging around six points, two rebounds, and two assists per game while making just over 40% from the floor.
