Richaun Holmes

Richaun Holmes has been the best player out of the list of new guys that the Sacramento Kings acquired last summer. He is one of those players that never stop playing which has resulted in energizing not only his team but the fans. He has provided the Kings with electric dunks and much-needed defense on the floor which has him currently averaging around 10 points, seven rebounds, and one block a game while making over 65% of his shots from the floor. Right now, he is on pace for a career year.

The Kings thought it would be Dewayne Dedmon that would replace Willie Cauley-Stein in the lineup, but instead, it has been Holmes. It is not difficult to please the Kings’ fanbase. If a player is passionate about basketball and can show immense energy and hustle while on the floor, the fans of Sacramento will notice that effort and appreciate the work that the player is putting in.

In just 10 games, Richaun Holmes has been an immediate fan favorite of the Sacramento kings fanbase, and a player that has overachieved since joining the franchise.
