With 10 games in the record book for the Sacramento Kings this season, let us evaluate how the new players on the team have fared so far.

It is still early, but this Sacramento Kings season can be described as a roller coaster. There have been multiple injuries that have affected the rotation for Luke Walton and his team and the squad has had streaks of horrible and good basketball in just 10 games.

Another part of what has made this Kings season so crazy is how players have performed. Like most fans, we try to make predictions on how each player on our teams will play out before the season even beginning.

I feel confident saying that it has been a surprise on how most of the players on the Kings have performed in the first 10 games of the campaign, especially the new guys.

Last summer, Vlade Divac and his team looked to add more depth to their team during free agency. At the time, many fans of the purple and white were pleased with the moves as they re-signed Harrison Barnes and acquired guys like Trevor Ariza, Dewayne Dedmon, Richaun Holmes, and Cory Joseph.

Based on the track record of all the guys listed above, it seemed like the Kings did an excellent in adding players that would compliment the skillsets of the team’s promising youngsters. But as we know, both ups and downs have happened for the Kings already this season.

Let us now examine how the new Kings have fared so far, and the type of impacts they have made in the early season.
