Q4: Who, If Anyone, Should The Kings Trade FOR?

Kobler – “Before the trade deadline last season, I was enamored by Kyle Anderson’s game ever since he was drafted by San Antonio out of UCLA. He isn’t able to stretch the floor by any means but that doesn’t take away from what he can do for this Kings team. Anderson is a long guy that can play the three or four and he’s able to find open lanes or shots in a half-court offense that Sacramento struggled with a season ago. Another playmaker off the bench this year would certainly make Bogdan Bogdanovic’s life a lot easier.”

Ritter – “If there is any way Vlade can get involved in a potential Domantas Sabonis trade, he should pull the trigger as soon as possible. He’s an exciting young big (only 22) that fits both the roster and playing style of the Kings. He’d be an interesting fit next to Bagley, and would be an entirely different weapon for Sacramento. Beyond that, there doesn’t appear to be a humongous need to make a roster change until later in the season. It might be wiser for Sacramento to keep its head down and wait to see if a floundering team makes a panic trade, or if a disgruntled star wants to make a move. Chemistry has been the secret sauce for the Kings the past two seasons, and it should be guarded as carefully as any individual star right now.”
