Step #2: Bogi Needs To Be Aggressive

Fresh off of putting on a shooting clinic at the World Cup, I assume new head coach Luke Walton to give Bogi a green light to shoot at will during the NBA season. FIBA is not the NBA, but let us openly admit that playing basketball at the international level is no joke.

With that said, Bogi should be able to get his shots with the role of being the Kings’ best bench player. Also, letting Bogi utilize his natural instincts at two guard is an advantage as well. He can play without overthinking what to do and just let the ball go free. If so, then I believe Bogdan will be able to make more shots and even shoot at a higher clip than previous years.

Obviously, the Kings do not want Bogi to be a ball hog and just shoot whenever he has the ball. But in the past, he was passive as he looked more to set up his teammates for scores rather than himself. But Bogi is one of the better shooters on the team and when he does have an opportunity for a high-percentage shot, he should take it.
