Bogdan Bogdanovic needs to be on his A-game for him to help the Sacramento Kings make the playoffs this season. Here are three steps that the Kings and Bogi should consider for him to be an asset.

The Sacramento Kings will enter this upcoming regular season with the expectation of making the playoffs. A mindset that has been nonexistent for the purple and white for quite some time.

It sounds crazy for the Kings to enter the season thinking it is either playoffs or bust for them, but when you look at their roster, it is understandable. Prior to the 2018-19 season, the Kings were considered again as a team that would finish in the basement of the NBA. That obviously did not happen.

During the season, the youth of the team took massive strides in their developments which resulted in the team finishing with 39 wins and being one spot shy of contending in the postseason.

Although it was good to see the Kings’ group of youngsters improve, one guy from the group did not in Bogdan Bogdanovic. After having a promising rookie season, the Serbian star took a step back in his sophomore year as his efficiency on the court declined.

For the Kings to achieve their goals this season, Bogdan needs to break out in his third NBA season. And for him to do so, he should follow these three steps that I have listed for him in this article.
