He has been under the radar in terms of working out this offseason, but Sacramento Kings’ point guard De’Aaron Fox finally lets the public in on his summer workouts.

Throughout this summer, De’Aaron Fox has been busy. Whether it has been impressing people with his intellect during interviews or showcasing his skills with Team USA, Fox has put himself on the map.

But one thing that Fox has not showcased is his private summer workouts, but recently, the Sacramento Kings’ social media channel published a video giving people an exclusive look on how Fox trains.

In the video, Fox mentions that he works out five times a week. The clip also shows Fox working on his jump shot and lifting weights in the gym. Going into his third year, aspects of Fox’s game that many believe he can get better at are his perimeter jumper and strength. And base on the video, he seems to be addressing it.

Final Thoughts

Overall, it is nice to see a little glimpse of how the Kings’ point guard is training this summer. In his sophomore season, Fox made huge strides as he asserted himself as one of the young stars in the league due to his ability to be an asset on both ends of the court.

But even though De’Aaron had a great second year, he is not satisfied with the results. For Fox, he is trying to become a star in the NBA as well as lead the Kings to finally break their notorious playoff drought.

If the young facilitator can make another leap of improvement in year three, he will for sure make both him and the Sacramento Kings a force in the near future.
