During a day in his basketball pro camp, Sacramento Kings’ guard De’Aaron Fox unleashed a part of his competitive side to the kids.

While the NBA is in its dead part of the year, its players have been enjoying the offseason whether it has been traveling the world, improving their game in the gym, etc.

Another activity that some players are doing during their time off is hosting pro camps where kids can attend to improve their skills and knowledge on the game of basketball.

One player on the Sacramento Kings that hosted a basketball camp this summer was De’Aaron Fox. Just a while back, Fox hosted a basketball camp for kids who are in the grades 1-12 in the Sacramento area.

Fox Does Not Care Who He Beats

A lot happened during the camp, but a highlight of the event was when Fox played a game of one-on-one with one of the campers. During the match, Fox showcased a variety of dribbling moves to see how the kid would react. After that, Fox flew past the camper with his blazing speed before going up for a slam dunk which electrified everyone in the facility.

Final Thoughts

It is all fun and games, but De’Aaron Fox showed during his camp that he does not show any mercy towards his opponents. No matter what age they are.

The Kings are going to need that same type of competitiveness from Fox this upcoming season. After the speedy point guard and his team had a solid season last year, the pressure is now on for the purple and white to finally break their 13-year playoff drought this upcoming season.
