Amid the NBA offseason, Sacramento Kings’ big man Harry Giles shows his fans a little bit on what he has been working on during his time off.

Right now the NBA is in the dead part of its offseason, but that has not stopped some of the players on the Sacramento Kings from grinding in the gym and improving their craft.

One of these players has been Harry Giles who has constantly been showing the public through his social media accounts the work he has put in this summer.

In a recent clip, Giles is going one-on-one against players like Josh Okogie, Coby White, and Chris Paul. In the video, Giles shows the various ways he can score the ball when posting up in the interior.

Final Thoughts

Harry Giles has endured a lot through his basketball journey, so it is good to see him finally healthy and able to improve his game by the day.

For Giles, this is a pivotal season for him. After having a so-so rookie year, he needs to make a leap improvement this upcoming season so he can convince Vlade Divac and company that he can be one of the Kings’ forwards for the long haul.

There is no doubt that Giles has the athleticism, the skillset, and work ethic to be a great player one day. The question, however, is whether he can put it all together to help the Kings?
