How Do The Sacramento Kings Stack Up In The Western Conference?

#6 Seed: Portland Trail Blazers

The Portland Trail Blazers overachieved last season as they were able to compete in the Western Conference Finals. They did end up getting swept by the Golden State Warriors, but they still went deeper than most thought.

Going into this next season, I do think the Blazers will dip a little bit. They were able to bring back Rodney Hood that did well in the postseason and added guys like Hasaan Whiteside, Mario Hezonja, and Anthony Tolliver to deepen their roster, but think that other teams in the West enhanced their rosters more.

But with that said, they will make the playoffs and be a tough beat for any team that faces them. With the pair of Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum still on the team, they will be an offensive force for any opponent in the league to deal with.
