How Do The Sacramento Kings Stack Up In The Western Conference?

#3 Seed: Denver Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets took a huge leap of improvement last year as they went from a team that missed the playoffs by one game to becoming the number two seed in the West. The Nuggets were even able to take advantage of their high playoff seed as they ended up being just one win away from competing in the Western Conference Finals.
Behind the play of Jamal Murray, Nikola Jokic, and their other young talents, the Nuggets look to become a tough opponent in the Western Conference for a long time. They pretty much are relying on their young talent to continue getting better which is proven based on the team’s offseason actions.
This summer, the Nuggets did not do much in terms of player movement, other than acquiring Jerami Grant from the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for a first-round pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.
In the past few years, the Nuggets have shown an impressive pattern of improvement as a collective whole. If they are able to keep that momentum going, they will become a top team in the West for next season.
