Saying goodbye to fan-favorite Bogdan Bogdanovic would be incredibly difficult, but this trade might be worth it if the Sacramento Kings are enamored somebody.

This wouldn’t be easy, but it is feasible. The worst part of this trade for Sacramento is selling low on Bogdan Bogdanovic, but if one of Matisse Thybulle, Cameron Johnson, Tennessee’s Grant Williams or Kentucky’s P.J. Washington is available at #23, the Kings could look to pull the trigger on this deal.

For the Jazz, the opportunity to pass up a young(ish) and relatively inexpensive wing who can thrive as a reserve scorer might be too good to pass up. Plus, we know the Jazz aren’t afraid to deal their first round pick or make big draft night trades, so this could be a win-win for both sides.

Should Bogdan Bogdanovic be on the trade block?. light. Related Story

Whether Sacramento Kings General Manager Vlade Divac would be willing to part with Bogdanovic is another story, as he does fill an important role for the Sacramento Kings as a reserve and spot starter, but it’s possible the organization may look to flip him after a tumultuous second-year from the Serbian two-guard.

Personally, I’m not sure I’d make this deal unless a lottery prospect unexpectedly falls, but it is an option and one the Kings might pursue depending on who falls in the draft.
