Marvin Bagley III

Let me first say that I am so relieved that Marvin Bagley III worked out for the Kings. At least for this season.

Back in the 2018 draft, the Kings took a huge risk when they passed on Luka Doncic for Bagley with the second overall pick. But it now seems like the Kings may have a superstar in the making.

The beginning stage of Bagley’s career was shaky as he had a hard time while playing in the summer league and preseason. But with the more experience Bagley had under his belt, the better he got.

The numbers for Bagley are a sight to see. He finished his rookie year averaging around 15 points and eight rebounds a game while making over 50% of his shots from the floor. Not only are his overall numbers good, but they got better as the months went on due to adjusting more to the NBA competition and receiving more playing time.

Look out, Sacramento. It seems like Marvin Bagley is destined for greatness.
