With some of the Sacramento Kings players participating in the All-Star festivities, one of them in De’Aaron Fox took time to make an appearance on ESPN.

With 57 games into the 2018-2019 regular season, the Sacramento Kings finally get their much-needed break. But for some of the young Kings, the time to rest will have to wait a little longer as guys like Buddy Hield, Bogdan Bogdanovic, and Marvin Bagley III will participate in the Rising Stars game and Three-Point Contest.

De’Aaron Fox will also be part of the weekend as well as he will play in the Rising Stars game and Skills Contest. But he also has made time to hang with the media too.

Today, Fox made an appearance on ESPN’s First Take as he sat and talked with Stephen A. Smith, Max Kellerman, and Molly Qerim. During the interview, Fox was revered by the group as well as them mentioning the uprise in the purple and white. Fox also had time to talk about his improved jump shot, his thoughts on the front runner for the MVP award, and a possible playoff matchup between the Golden State Warriors.

Final Thoughts

In a previous article I wrote, I mentioned how the Kings used to be looked at as a joke to the national media. But this season, it has been different. Not too long ago, Reggie MIllier and Chris Webber from TNT gave the Kings praise, and now, ESPN First Take is doing the same as well.

The days of being in the basement of the NBA are over Kings fans. Your team is on the rise and now EVERYONE seems to be taking notice of it!
