The Sacramento Kings do not win tonight’s game against the Detroit Pistons without the services of Buddy Hield. We are all not worthy.

It was an ugly game by the Sacramento Kings tonight against the Detroit Pistons, but someway they were able to get the win by a score of 103-101.

Throughout the night, the Kings were outmatched. The Pistons were able to control the pace of the game which put the Kings’ offense out of sorts. That is, everyone except for Buddy Hield.

Buddy Hield was an absolute monster tonight on the offensive end as his final stat line was scoring 35 points and grabbing nine rebounds while shooting 13-22 from the floor and making seven of his nine shot attempts from beyond the arc. The Kings’ offense was stagnant from start to finish, but Buddy was always there to give them a spark which kept the purple and white alive all throughout the night.

Buddy Deserves Some Love!

There is no doubt that the Kings lose this contest tonight if Buddy Hield is not active. He was the only Kings player who played good basketball for the entire game and kept his team alive when they were challenged offensively. And oh yea, his hot shooting during crunch time (including his game-winning shot) sealed a much-needed victory for his team.

Everyone talks about how De’Aaron Fox is the catalyst for the Kings and their star on the rise, and for good reason. But now it is time to show Buddy Love some love. He may not have a ceiling as high as Fox, but he still has the capability of becoming a future All-Star and a major piece for the Kings’ future. His dynamic shooting and scoring ability, plus his relentless nature to hustle every game, shows he is going to be a special player for a long time.

Hopefully, it all happens while repping the purple and white. Have yourself a moment tonight, Buddy! You deserve it.
