Player of the Game

It was hard to name a player of the game for Sacramento tonight considering no one really stood out above the rest. But in my opinion, I think De’Aaron Fox wins this battle. To me, Fox was able at times to showcase his dominant playmaking skills as he was able to score in the interior and set up his teammates for scores.

Even though Fox did struggle shooting from beyond the arc and turning the ball over three times, he still was able to record 18 points, six assists, and two blocks for the night.

What Now?…

The Sacramento Kings will play their final game of the road trip on Monday when they visit the Chicago Bulls. On paper, this game looks like an easy win for Sacramento, but they need to make sure they are prepared and focused when playing this match. They cannot afford for this contest to be a trap game for them.

If the Kings are able to beat Chicago, they will go 3-1 for the road trip and improve their record to 14-12. That would be a huge accomplishment considering the expectations they had prior to the campaign.

Let us hope that the Kings are ready to give the Bulls a beating once Monday night comes along.
