The Blue Devil Show

These players have not done much this season, but the Kings are still excited about their prized rookies in Marvin Bagley III and Harry Giles due to their high ceilings to eventually become bonafide stars.

Although both players have had minor roles for their team this season, they have recently made great progress in their developments. To be more specific, in the most recent Sacramento game, both Bagley and Giles were able to show multiple flashes of their potential which had the fan base go bonkers. For the game, Bagley scored 18 points and grabbed six rebounds while Giles recorded 10 points, eight rebounds, six assists, four steals, and two blocks.

It will be interesting to see how much playing time Dave Joerger gives both his rookies in tonight’s contest. If given significant playing time, it will for sure electrify the Golden 1 crowd while also giving the young guys an opportunity to shine on the national stage.

The competition will not be easy though as the bigs for Los Angeles contain Montrezl Harrell, Boban Marjanovic, and Marcin Gortat. These bigs contain a little bit of everything when together, and will for sure be a good test for Bagley and Giles if called upon by their coach.
