Last season, the Sacramento Kings community fell in love with their rookie in Bogdan Bogdanovic. Due to his skilled and instinctual play on the court, as well as a unique sense of humor off the court, Bogdan instantly became a fan favorite for the purple and white.
With the 2018-2019 NBA season getting close, many Kings fans expect Bogdan to have a stellar sophomore season. But the news recently came out that the Serbian star will receive surgery on his knee after feeling discomfort in it while playing with the Serbian national team.
With this surgery, it could possibly keep Bogi out for the early stages of the regular season. And to no surprise, the Kings community reacted emotionally via social media.

Conclusion
It is safe to say that the Kings community is not happy about Bogdan getting surgery. Not too long ago, specifically in April, Bogdanovic underwent minor surgery on his knee in order to be completely healthy for the upcoming season. So seeing him experience a setback is discouraging.
Hopefully, Bogi’s upcoming surgery will be a success and he will be healthy once the regular season starts. Last season, Bogdanovic was one of the most efficient players for Sacramento, so starting this season without him would be demoralizing for the Kings and their fans.
