Recently, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Nemanja Bjelica of the Sacramento Kings represented the Serbian national team when they faced off against Greece. Check out how the pair did in the match.

Frank Mason III is not the only player on the Sacramento Kings playing in the FIBA qualifying tournaments. Not too long ago, the Serbian national team faced off against Greece in which the game featured both Bogdan Bogdanovic and Nemanja Bjelica.

Bogi and Nemanja Shine

Although Serbia lost the contest by a score of 70-63, the pair of Kings did their best to shine in the match. For the game, Bogdanovic finished with 19 points, four rebounds, two assists, and three steals while shooting 31.6% from the floor, 25% from the three-point line, and 100% from the free-throw stripe. For Bjelica, he recorded nine points, 12 rebounds, and five assists while making 36.4% of his shots from the court and 50% from beyond the arc.

Final Thoughts

Although their team came up short in the end, it is good to see Bogdanovic and Bjelica doing their thing on the court.

Many expect the pair of Serbians to do well with the Kings this year. For Bogdan, he already has won the heart of the Kings community due to his instinctual play on the court and his sense of humor off. For Nemanja, the Kings and their fans are hoping he can be the team’s solution to their hole at stretch four as well as an insurance player at the small forward position.

If one wants to see the pair of Kings on the court again, Serbia will play against Estonia later today.
