In a recent video he posted, Sacramento Kings’ big man Harry Giles showed the public that he is making great strides after recovering from his knee injuries.

Gruesome knee injuries have challenged Harry Giles’ physical and mental strength for the past couple of years. But now that Harry has endured the storm, he is ready to show the world what type of impact he can make with the Sacramento Kings.

Harry Has Bounce!

In a recent video clip that Giles posted on his Instagram account, it showed him going up for a dunk in which his eyes were at the height of the rim. Even if Giles is almost seven-feet tall, it is still impressive to see how high his springs can get him.

Right now the video is off Harry’s Instagram story. But fortunately, a Kings fan was able to take a snapshot of the video which shows Giles hovering in the air.

Final Thoughts

Overall, it is nice to see Giles getting ready for the season. His skill set and instincts on the court cannot be questioned. The only concern has been his physical durability due to suffering multiple ACL tears.

But as the Kings and their fans saw in summer league, Giles’ knees look to be good. Both his vertical and lateral movements on the court looked solid, and as we saw in the picture listed above, his bounce looks nice too.

A lot of hype surrounds Giles this upcoming season as he has been raved by his teammates and coaches for the past year. If Harry remains healthy and lives up to the hype, it would accelerate the Kings’ rebuilding process immensely.
