For another year, the Sacramento Kings challenged some members of the Los Angeles Lakers’ fanbase to see how well they really know their team. The results were not good for Laker Nation.

It is no secret that the Sacramento Kings view the Los Angeles Lakers as their ultimate foe. In the early 2000s, the Kings and Lakers had epic battles between each other that have grown the rivalry throughout the years. Although the Lakers look to be on the up and coming this season, the Kings are still finding ways to hand them the “L”.

SMH Laker Fans

Not too long ago, the NBA hosted their summer league games that took place in Las Vegas, and the Kings’ digital team visited the festivities.

While at the event, Deuce Mason, popular Kings’ media member, decided to go up to Laker fans and discuss what their thoughts were on their team. The catch, however, was that Deuce asked them about “players” like Donald Glover and Pete Davidson to see if he can catch Laker Nation on blast.

If one does not know, Glover and Davidson are famous actors/comedians, and definitely not players on the Lakers. Last year, the Kings did this same bit towards Laker fans and were able to make them look foolish. Check the video down below to see what the results were this time around.

Final Thoughts

Overall, it is always fun for Kings fans to watch Laker Nation get caught in the act. It is hard to admit for the Kings community, but the Lakers are going to be a really good team this season. So having a video like the one listed above can ease the pain at least a little bit.

Although the Lakers may have one of the most popular fanbases in American sports, I believe they are nowhere near as loyal as the community that reps the purple and white in Sacramento.
