Even though Jack Cooley is not a member of the Sacramento Kings anymore, he still finds ways to win the heart of the Sacramento fan base.

In the last year, Jack Cooley has been a fan favorite for the Sacramento Kings community. Although he did not play much during his tenure in purple, he was able to gain the respect of his teammates and coaches due to his relentless hustle on the court. An example of this magnificent trait of his came in a game where the Kings faced off against the Orlando Magic when he scored 8 points off 4/6 shooting.

Right now, the unfortunate reality is that Cooley is not a member of the Kings anymore. During the NBA summer league, Cooley was a member of the Phoenix Suns where he ended up playing five games where averaged 6.8 points and 4.4 rebounds per contest.

A couple of weeks after the conclusion of summer league, Cooley agreed to a one-year deal with Dinamo Sassari, a team that plays in the Italian professional basketball league. But that has not stopped Cooley from staying connected with the Kings community.

One of Jack’s Savage Moments

In a recent Instagram post made by the Sacramento Kings’ digital team, it stated “Favorite Kings Moment In 5 Words” to see what the fans would say. Jack Cooley, not so subtly, commented: “When they signed Jack Cooley”. A funny, but not surprising, act by the Kings’ former big man.

Final Thoughts

Overall, no matter where Jack Cooley’s basketball career ends up, he will be beloved forever by the Kings fanbase.

Sacramento fans are not hard to please. All they want from their team are players who compete with energy and play with pride while repping the purple and white on the court. During his tenure, Jack Cooley did exactly that.

Good luck with your new chapter, Jack! Just remember that the fans of the Sacramento Kings love you and will support you throughout your journey in life!
