Young But Experienced

Hood has only played four NBA seasons so far, but he brings a ton of experience which could benefit the organization. In the last two years, Hood has been a member of two playoff squads who both made solid runs in the postseason.

Having a guy like Hood who has had a good amount of success in the regular season and postseason could bring value to the Kings as he can spread his knowledge, especially on the young guys, on what it takes for a young player to become an asset for a winning team.
