The Sacramento Kings are wrapping up the inaugural California Classic on Thursday.  Sacramento’s first hosting of a summer league has been a wild success.  They sold out the opening two days, and the team saw a significant progression from De’Aaron Fox in game one.  Marvin Bagley III also provided plenty of excitement.  Kings fans finally got their first look at Harry Giles after he sat out all of last season too.

The Kings head to Las Vegas after tonight’s game to play in their summer league.  That tour kicks off on Saturday, July 7 with a battle of the top two picks as Sacramento faces DeAndre Ayton and the Suns.

First, let us take a look at how to watch the Kings play the Miami Heat this afternoon.

Final thoughts

The Sacramento Kings wrap up their summer league on July 5 against the Miami Heat.  The Kings are searching for a victory to have a winning record on the California Classic.  Both teams are one and one so far, so tonight’s contest is likely to finish in second place.

Plenty of Kings rotation staples should play a role in this game.  Keep an eye on Fox’s injury status, but Bagley III, Giles, Frank Mason and Justin Jackson should all play significant minutes against the Heat.

Miami figures to play heavily through Bam Adebayo giving the Kings big man plenty to deal of work on the defensive end.  Please tune in and enjoy what should be an exciting contest.
