Final thoughts

The 2018 NBA Draft is in the books.  The Sacramento Kings selection of Marvin Bagley III is a massive move.  The Kings hope he is the franchise-altering talent that brings them back into contention.  Bagley III has the upside to be that player, but it is going to take some development time.  Hopefully, the organization is up to the task.
